The farmers market is back in West Malling this Sunday 24 September between 9.30 and 1.30
We’re pleased to confirm that Wild Spirits of Kent are back this month with their flavoured drinks. It’s been a busy couple of weeks for them collecting all the seasonal fruits to make their drinks. Also back will be Dulce Pattisserie with their cakes, tartlets and other treats
Dine Thyme are back from their holiday to Canada, so it’s a chance to catch up on their news and admire their sausage rolls and quiches whilst having a chat.
Make sure you look round the stalls this month as we have a guest appearance from Biskilicious who hand decorates biscuits with seasonal designs – we suspect the theme of the biscuits could well have a harvest theme.
Some of the stalls are starting to display items for … dare we say it …. Christmas. Wealden Art will be starting to display their Winter collection of cards. We’ve seen a few and they look lovely.

Thank you to everyone who came along to the August Bank Holiday Sunday farmers market. Such a lovely sunny day and a great selection of local produce available too. Did anyone else try the blackcurrant cider from Pine Tree Farm stall or the butter from Bookhams Cheese?
The farmers market will next be back in West Malling on Sunday 24 September with the return of some of the producers who had been on their holidays during August.

There will be more seasonal soft fruit available along with other great local produce including game, drinks, crafts and lots more
This month Bookhams Cheese have their Charmer Cheese, Twineham Grange Parmesan Style Cheese plus slightly salted and unsalted South Downs butters.
Debras Cakes will have raspberry and almond cake, cupcakes, battenburg, bakewell tarts, lemon drizzle cake and coffee/walnut cake.

The farmers market is back this Sunday 25 June between 9.30 and 1.30.
If you are looking for fish Arcade Fisheries stall will have wild sea trout, dressed crabs and local lobsters available along with other seasonal fish too.
Kent Collection are back this month with their luxurious oak smoked dry cured bacon, various seasonal flavours of salami and saucisson and dry cured prosciutto. They normally have some samples on their stall if you would like to try before you buy
We are pleased to confirm that St Apple Hurst Coffee will be attending the farmers market for the first time this month with either whole bean or freshly ground coffee and coffee drippers that are made locally.
You’ll find Sussex Pies at the farmers market too with their selection of over 20 different flavours of pies to pick from. West Malling is now the only farmers market in Kent that Barbara from Sussex Pies is attending. She’s supported the farmers market for many years and during that time has missed very few dates.
Court Farm are back this month too and currently have a £25 meal deal available to order from now until the weekend which can be picked up at the farmers market. Give Court Farm a call as this weeks deal consists of chicken breasts, burgers, lamb shoulder chops, different mince and lots more.
