Thank you to everyone for visiting the farmers market in June.  We hope you enjoyed the items that you purchased.  A big thank you on behalf of Freya and Farley for supporting them during SANDS month – to date they have managed to raise £1500 towards this charity.

The farmers market returns to West Malling next on Sunday 26 June.  Remember that parking on a Sunday in West Malling is free.

This month should see the return of Thomas Cookie following their move to new premises.  We started to see the first of the soft fruit at the May farmers market with strawberries on Pine Trees Farm stall, so expects to see other soft fruit and salad items for the next couple of months.

At this Farmers Market Freya and Farley will be supporting Sands awareness month.   Its a charity that helps bereavement parents and they research to reduce the loss on babies lives. A charity bucket will be found on their stall for donations, alternatively please donate if you can at

A quick reminder that the next Farmers Market will be in West Malling on Sunday 22nd May from 9.30am .  Apart from December this year the farmers market takes place on the 4th Sunday of each month

Thank you to everyone who came along to the April Farmers Market and supported both the local producers and the Scouts who also had their St Georges Day Parade past the farmers market.

The next farmers market will include a selection of cheese, meat, fish, savoury, cakes and much more

There’s lots going on at the farmers market this month. Pleased to confirm that Thomas cookie should be back with their range of cookies. Also back this month is cherry berry with their juices too. Make sure to have a chat with the producers as they have all been very busy with taste of kent award presentations and business changes.

This month being so near to St Georges Day the Malling scouts will have their St Georges day parade and service on Sunday too. They are expected to march past the farmers market from around 12.30 onwards. There will be a rolling road closure whilst the march takes place. It’s anticipated there could be around 500 scouts in the parade

 The Farmers Market returns to West Malling next on

Easter Sunday 27 March.

As the Farmers Market falls on Easter Sunday this year we are offering a prize for the best EASTER BONNET seen at the farmers market.

Come along to the jam stall, opposite Arcade fisheries stall and ask for Sandra and Brian to take part.

Join in the fun – we look forward to seeing your Easter creations

This month we’ll see the return of Wild Spirits of Kent with their fruits steeped in Kentish Gin and Vodka. We also hope to see Meopham Valley Vineyard with a selection of their award winning wines too.
On Debs Cakes you’ll find Easter Simnel cakes, Easter shortbread, biscuits, battenburg cakes, sticky ginger cake and chunky chocolate brownies.
On Court Farm’s stall there will their own pasture fed belted Galloway beef plus a limited supply of Appledore free range Turkeys down from £12.99 kg to £9.99 kg, Message Court Farm directly to reserve for collection at the farmers market.
